These terms cover your use of thejourneyquest.com (the "site") and any digital products, coaching services, community memberships, readings, courses, or other services offered through The Journey Quest. By using the site or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or its services.

Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Diane Gatto, trading as The Journey Quest, an Australian-based practitioner operating from New South Wales, Australia. You can reach me at diane@dianegatto.com.

Age

You need to be at least 18 to use the site, purchase services, or join the community.

The nature of the work

The Journey Quest offers writing, digital products, courses, community, coaching, and readings that draw on astrology, numerology, tarot, Human Design, behavioural science, and coaching practice. This work is:

• Reflective and educational. It is offered as a lens for self-inquiry, pattern recognition, and personal exploration.

• Not a substitute for professional advice. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or business advice. If you need those, please consult a qualified professional in that field.

• Not diagnostic or predictive in a deterministic sense. Symbolic modalities describe patterns and possibilities; they do not diagnose conditions or predict fixed outcomes.

• A partnership. You remain the author of your own choices. Nothing offered here removes your responsibility for the decisions you make about your life, health, relationships, work, or finances.

By engaging with the site or its services, you acknowledge that you understand this framing and take full responsibility for how you apply what you learn.

Digital products

Digital products include courses, downloads, guides, calculators, quizzes, and any other content delivered electronically.

Access. Once purchased, you'll receive access via email or through Heartbeat (or another delivery platform noted at the point of purchase). Access is for your personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Refunds. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty or not as described — in those cases, contact me and I'll make it right.

Founding member pricing. Where a product is offered at a discounted founding-member rate, that purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances in exchange for the reduced price. Full-price purchases fall under the standard digital-product terms above.

Coaching services

Coaching services include one-to-one sessions, packages, and any structured coaching engagement.

Booking and payment. Coaching is paid for in advance. Session times are held once payment is confirmed.

Refunds. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided no coaching session has yet taken place. Once the first session has been delivered, the engagement is non-refundable, though I'll work with you to reschedule or adjust remaining sessions where reasonable.

Rescheduling and cancellation. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at my discretion.

Confidentiality. What we discuss in coaching stays between us, subject only to the exceptions in the Confidentiality and safety section below.

Community membership

Community membership (currently The Collective) is a recurring subscription providing access to a members-only Heartbeat community, resources, and any member-only content.

Billing. Membership is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Recurring payments continue until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund payments already made. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds on membership fees. Membership payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused portions of an annual membership.

Founding member pricing. Founding-rate memberships are locked to the price you signed up at for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel, your right to that rate ends. Founding-member payments are non-refundable.

Community conduct. Membership is conditional on treating other members and me with respect. Behaviour that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive is grounds for removal without refund, at my discretion.

Readings

Readings (numerology, astrology, or other chart work) are personal educational sessions or reports.

Booking and payment. Readings are paid for in advance.

Refunds. Once a reading has been prepared or delivered, it is non-refundable. If a reading is booked but not yet prepared, a refund may be requested within 7 days of booking.

Confidentiality. Everything shared in preparation for or during a reading is confidential, subject only to the exceptions in the Confidentiality and safety section below.

Confidentiality and safety

Everything shared with me in coaching, readings, community, or private correspondence is treated as confidential. The only circumstances in which I would break confidentiality are:

• Where I believe there is an immediate risk of serious harm to you or someone else

• Where required by law (for example, a subpoena or court order)

• Where you give me explicit written permission to share something

If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service. In Australia: Lifeline 13 11 14, Beyond Blue 1300 22 4636. Elsewhere, please use your local equivalent.

Intellectual property

Everything I create — writing, courses, calculators, resources, apps, artwork, teaching materials, the Katie Bloom series (if referenced from TJQ), and all branding — is my intellectual property or licensed to me. You're welcome to:

• Read, view, and use it for your own personal reflection and practice

• Share links to public content

• Quote short excerpts with attribution

You're not permitted to:

• Republish, resell, or redistribute the content as your own

• Use it to train AI models

• Use it commercially without written permission

• Share paid materials with people who haven't purchased them

If you'd like to quote at length, teach from the work, or use anything in a workshop or program, please email me — I'm generally happy to say yes to reasonable requests.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to other websites, tools, or resources (including Substack, Systeme.io, Heartbeat, and others). I don't control those and I'm not responsible for their content, terms, or how they handle your data. If you follow a link, review that site's own terms and privacy practices.

Accuracy

I take care with what I publish, but occasionally there may be errors, updates, or things that go out of date. I reserve the right to correct, update, or remove information at any time without notice.

As-is basis and limitation of liability

The site and its services are provided as-is. I don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or meet every reader's specific needs.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, I won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, its content, or its services – including any decisions you make in your life, work, health, relationships, or finances based on anything encountered through The Journey Quest. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New South Wales.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site or purchase of services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
